What a fun weekend!
There is an annual Christmas celebration on "Vine Street" in Paso Robles. Homes along the street hand out treats, hot cocoa, have carolers, decorations, etc. It was so cute!
The kids to got to visit Santa and Mrs. Claus. The most memorable moment of the evening for me was when Scarlett met them, and when asked what she wanted to Christmas, her response was, "For my family to have a good Christmas." Santa called me over to tell me what Scarlett said, and then told me I was doing a good job as her mama. Awwwww! He said only one other child that night had said something like that ... all others asked for toys. Nothing wrong with that, of course ... but I love Scarlett's heart for her family!
Scarlett had a dance performance ... she and her class were cute little puppies. Unfortunately, I could only get to the side of the stage after Scarlett went onstage, so my pictures aren't the best.
AND ... the Lucero Family got to be in the San Luis Obispo Christmas Parade! We sat on the PG&E truck and got to wave at people and have a wonderful time! Soooo fun!!
