As I have mentioned numerous times on this blog, Christian is a VERY picky eater. For years, it seems, he loved to eat spaghetti with red sauce. And then he stopped - I don't know why. He hasn't eaten red sauce for months.
Until last night. At long last, the return of the red sauce! We are THRILLED! That means he's getting some sort of veggie in his diet. :)
In fact, he had it for lunch at school again, today.
He's also eating carrots now! A couple of weeks ago, I bought a veggie tray to see how it would go over at home. It is a HIT! So each night, I set out a veggie tray and we all pick at it during dinner. Of course, there's ranch dressing involved ... but hey ... we are ALL eating veggies! Christian even took a bite of celery! (and didn't care for it. That's okay, son ... Mommy can't stand celery, so you don't have to eat it ... like ever)
A small culinary victory in the Lucero Household! :)
