Good News in the Works!
I hesitate to make this post, because everything is still fluid and happening very quickly. But ... we received an offer on our house yesterday! Our counter-offer is being submitted today. They want everything to move very quickly ... and want to close in two weeks! Our Realtors say they've never seen a request for such a quick closing. The buyer is extremely well-qualfied and is putting a HUGE amount of money down on the house. So this is for real! STAY TUNED!

Yes! Its so exciting! In this crazy housing market, we thought we'd have to wait a long time. So yay for our amazing views that surely enticed these potential buyers!
